We offer 2 Types of Fundraising
Host Your Fundraising Event In-Store!
Consider hosting your fundraiser in-house at BTCL, where your friends and family can indulge in our delectable drinks and snacks.
We'll supply customized flyers to promote your event and raise awareness. Following your gathering, BTCL will generously donate 20% of all pre-tax sales generated through your organization's fundraising flyers.
Booking Your Event
Event dates and times are subject to availability. Please provide a minimum of two weeks' notice to schedule your in-store fundraiser. Reach out to us below to secure your preferred event date!
Minimum Sales Requirements
For in-house fundraisers, your organization must achieve a minimum of $100 in pre-tax sales to qualify for a donation check. With just 20 supporters, this goal is easily attainable!
Sell Your Own BTCL Favourites!
Choose any Classic Milk tea or Ice Shaken Green Tea from our menu in increments of 10. (Certain exclusions may apply.)
Our Pricing Guarantee
In our commitment to supporting and enriching our community, BTCL offers discounts of up to 40% off your Fundraiser order to accelerate your progress towards your goal. A minimum of 50 drinks is required to conduct a Sell Your Own Fundraiser. Due to the nature of how drinks will be served, only Boba Classic Series or Ice Shaken Green Tea Series are available for Sell Your Own Bubble Tea or Coffee.
Refunds for Unsold Tastea Drinks
While it's highly unlikely that you'll have any BTCL drinks left over, in the rare event that you do, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds or credits for unsold drinks.
Arranging Pick-Up
Pick-up dates and times vary so kindly provide at least two week's notice to schedule a pick-up. Contact us to request a pick-up date!
All our drinks are prepared without ice to maintain their quality. Ice is available upon request. Kindly bring a cooler or box with you for transporting the drinks.
